We are an established mixed animal veterinary hospital located in Parkton, North Carolina.
We are currently in search of a skilled Veterinary Technician or Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team.
Our practice specializes in general wellness, surgical, dentistry and integrative therapies for a variety of species to include horses and exotics! We are professional, fast paced Veterinary Hospital and our goal is to make our clients a top priority while treating their furry family like they are part of our family! We seek a qualified and experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly and compassionate team.
The successful candidate for this position will assist clients with scheduling appointments, handling billing concerns and communicating with other staff members to ensure that clients are treated in a timely manner.
A passion for helping animals is a must, as is real-world experience handling customer service calls and the ability to prioritize tasks.
This position requires the candidate to possess a flexible schedule and to commit to working with our team over the long term.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet clients.
Strong Multi-Tasking Skills File paperwork for patients.
Answer questions and concerns from clients and their pets.
Communicate with veterinarians and other staff members.
Schedule appointments for clients.
Work efficiently and effectively in a team setting.
