Management Science Associates, Inc. (MSA) is a diversified information management company that for nearly half a century has given market leaders the competitive edge in data management, analytics and technology. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the MSA IT/OPS division which has been offering data and insight solutions to the Consumer Package Goods industry since the early 1980s. The successful candidate will have solid project management experience, the ability to manage multiple software development projects applying both waterfall and agile methodologies, and must have managed or facilitated several software engineering projects and played an active role in the SDLC, including Design, Development, Estimating and Change Management. Knowledge and experience in companies with software products for sale, or supply chain data, would be an advantage. A working knowledge of Jira would be beneficial. The successful candidate will also mentor other team members and a strong background in the Project Management and/or Scrum Master Discipline with focus on optimized processes and iterative development. Lead teams of multi-disciplined personnel to develop and deliver software systems within guidelines for schedule, cost, quality and productivity, including hands-on work with team members or others in the division to help prioritize product backlogs and resolve technical issues
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple medium to large scale projects Facilitate Scrum/Agile ceremonies to plan and execute project-related activities Develop the project plan and schedule for projects, breaking down work into iterations to achieve client and internal delivery goals Lead/participate in efforts necessary to collect an understanding of the business needs surrounding projects and products Learn and understand the division's supply chain applications and services Ensure the quality and on time delivery of all initiatives within department. Facilitate completion of stories, tasks, release and deployment plans Work with product leaders to evaluate procedures to improve efficiency and ensure data integrity across all clients Assist stakeholders in completing the Business Case Phase of projects Monitor and report project status and milestone achievements for all phases of a project Interact with clients, client service, and processing managers to enhance existing projects and strengthen the relationship between the project leader and other stakeholders Apply technical knowledge and analytical skills to proactively identify and solve business and technical problems Work closely with various groups of different disciplines to assure client satisfaction Provide a technical bridge between MSA and the client with respect to projects Required Skills Four-year degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 8 years overall related information technology experience. 2
years of Project Management experience, with focus on large-scale systems/projects required Experience with using a structured approach while managing software development or system integration efforts Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience developing and managing developers also a plus Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate and facilitate technical, business and analytical discussions across all disciplines Organized, detail-oriented person, with good time management skills Excellent people, communication, and presentation skills Able to work with all levels of management in an effective, proactive manner Working knowledge of process management and control Proficiency using Jira, MS Project, MS Office, and other Project Management tools Takes full ownership and accountability for their and others work Job Location REMOTE, United States Position Type Full-Time/Regular
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
